Somatheeram Ayurveda Village offers Slimming Wellness Yoga, a 21‑day holistic retreat rooted in their signature Ayurveda Slimming Package. The program begins with an Ayurvedic medical consultation to determine Dosha and metabolism, followed by daily treatments such as herbal powder massages (Udvarthanam), oil massages (Abhyangam), steam therapy, and Panchakarma detox rituals tailored for weight reduction. Yoga, breathwork, and meditation are seamlessly integrated to support metabolic balance and emotional well‑being. The daily schedule includes a morning meditation session from 7:15 to 7:45 AM, followed by advanced yoga at 8:00–9:30 AM and beginner yoga at 10:00–11:30 AM. In the evening, there’s a second meditation session from 4:15–4:45 PM, followed by intermediate yoga from 5:00–6:30 PM to rejuvenate the body and mind. This rhythm supports both detoxification and sustainable lifestyle shifts in serene beachfront surroundings.
