About this package
The Art of Living Foundation, Bangalore conducts its 3‑day meditation and breathwork retreat by teaching Sudarshan Kriya™, a rhythmic breathing process structured into three distinct cycles — slow, medium, and fast — to progressively calm the nervous system and release deep‑seated stress. Participants begin each day at 5:30 am with gentle yoga and pranayama to open the lungs and prepare the mind for meditative breathing. The central session mid‑morning is dedicated to Sudarshan Kriya™ practice, guided by certified trainers, followed by guided meditation to deepen awareness and stillness. Evenings include lighter breathwork and reflective practices to seal the day’s inner work. Throughout the retreat, complementary techniques such as Sahaj Samadhi meditation are introduced, enabling participants to meditate effortlessly without guided instruction. This combination ensures the breath is not only regulated during the retreat but also remains a reliable anchor for meditation in daily life.
