About this package
Pyramid Valley International guides participants through Anapanasati breath-based mindfulness within the high-energy Maitreya‑Buddha Pyramid, using the pyramid’s amplified meditative field to accelerate stillness. Guests follow guided breathing as the primary anchor for awareness, often in silent sessions held at designated times, such as early morning practice from 5 am to 8 am during Buddha Poornima events, or online evening meditations from 9 pm to 10 pm for structured daily breath training. These sessions are reinforced by the Science of Meditation workshops, which teach principles of breath–mind integration to deepen focus and insight. Silent walking meditation in energy‑charged areas, combined with reflective reading from the spiritual literature library, further enhances the inner quiet achieved during breath practice—creating an immersive cycle of breathing, reflection, and stillness.
