Rasayana Chikitsa is a specialised Ayurvedic rejuvenation programme designed to support healthy aging, improve immunity, enhance vitality, and promote overall wellbeing. Based on classical Ayurvedic principles, it nourishes and regenerates the body’s tissues while supporting physical strength, mental clarity, and resilience. This programme is ideal for individuals with low energy, reduced immunity, poor vitality, age-related concerns, physical exhaustion, or those seeking preventive healthcare and long-term wellness support. It is also suitable for guests who wish to restore balance, improve stamina, and support graceful aging through natural healing methods. Treatment usually begins with a preparatory detoxification phase, during which the body is cleansed with medicated ghee for a minimum of 3 days, or longer if advised by the Vaidya. This is followed by personalised Ayurvedic therapies, herbal formulations, therapeutic nutrition, yoga, meditation, and lifestyle guidance to support optimal results and lasting rejuvenation. The Preliminary Assessment Form (PAF) is essential for our doctors to understand the patient’s medical condition and overall health. Based on the PAF and consultation with the Vaidya, the treatment duration is determined individually. The recommended duration is 21 days, and the programme may be extended up to 28 days depending on health goals and clinical advice. Note: Current pricing is based on single occupancy in a Kalari Suite for 21 days. Guests may also opt for twin-sharing accommodation in the same room category, with pricing starting from ₹15,23,000 for 21 days. Additional accommodation options are available across Kovilakom Suites, Vengunad Suites, and the Royal Library Suite at revised pricing.
