About this package

This package starts with a one-on-one consultation at the center, designed for women who are planning or undecided about full Pre & Post Natal Care programs. During this session, the doctor assesses individual health, pregnancy or postpartum stage, and recovery needs. Based on the consultation, customized Ayurveda therapies are recommended to support fetal development, strengthen the uterus, tone abdominal muscles, aid postpartum recovery, and improve lactation. For those who wish to continue, the center offers Pre & Post Natal Care programs, including single-day 90-minute sessions starting at ₹1,999 for quick recovery, or multi-day stay-based care for comprehensive support. Optional Yoga and Naturopathy therapies can also be combined if needed. Therapies are scheduled according to the stage of pregnancy or postpartum month and individual needs, ensuring safe and effective care throughout.
