Each session lasts 35–45 minutes, focusing on easing fatigue, bloating, digestive discomfort, and emotional stress, while preparing the uterus and pelvic muscles for smoother delivery. Postnatal support is also available at home, combining safe Ayurvedic treatments with lifestyle guidance. All treatments are designed to complement gynecologist recommendations, providing natural and safe solutions for common pregnancy-related discomforts.
