Heat & Chill Therapy – Meraki Spa & Blends

About this package

Embark on a journey of pure bliss with the therapeutic wonders of a hot stone massage at Meraki Spa & Blends. This ancient practice transcends mere relaxation, offering a holistic approach to rejuvenation. Placing heated stones strategically on the body, this indulgent treatment boasts an array of benefits that extend beyond the spa session. Benefits + Deep Relaxation: The gentle warmth of the stones melts away stress and tension, inviting a state of profound relaxation. As muscles surrender to the soothing heat, worries dissipate, leaving a serene calm in their wake. + Improved Circulation: The application of heat prompts blood vessels to dilate, facilitating enhanced blood flow and oxygen delivery throughout the body. + Muscle Tension Relief: The penetrating warmth of the stones reaches deep into muscles, releasing tension and alleviating chronic pain. Knots and tightness dissolve under the therapeutic touch, fostering improved flexibility. + Mental Tranquility: The harmonious combination of warmth and skilled massage induces a tranquil state, reducing anxiety and promoting mental clarity. About session + Stones are heated not hot nor cool. If they are too cool, the massage will not be effective; if they are too hot, you could burn your client. + Rub oil into the stones. This will allow the heat to be a more effective element of the massage. + Place stones on the body. + Massage the client with a stone. While the weight of the other stones is doing its work, massage your client with another stone. + Change out your stones. You always want your stones to be at the proper temperature, so now is when you will want to switch out the stones you used on the front for some new ones. + Oil the area you intend to massage. You can apply oil to the areas you intend to massage. Price mentioned above are approximate, and subject to change depending on the personalization of the treatment plan.
