About this package

The Yoga for Timeless Vitality program by the Art of Living Foundation blends age-adapted asanas, pranayama, and deep relaxation practices to support graceful aging. Sessions are designed for midlife adults experiencing joint stiffness, reduced energy, or emotional stress — and are guided by certified Sri Sri Yoga instructors trained to work with older adults and beginners. Programs run over 2, 4, or 6 weeks and are held at the Art of Living International Center, a peaceful, green campus just outside Bengaluru. Morning and evening sessions help enhance posture, improve joint mobility, and reduce physical and emotional fatigue.
