This programme is for healthy individuals who want to refresh the body and mind through natural healing. It combines diet therapy, yoga, and naturopathy-based treatments to help reduce toxins, restore energy, and support overall wellbeing. Your doctor will first assess your health in detail and then create a personalised treatment plan based on your needs. Daily consultations help guide your progress and ensure that each therapy supports your body’s natural healing process. Diet therapy is an important part of this program and may include fasting, therapeutic juices, and natural foods under medical supervision. Daily yoga sessions, guided by experienced practitioners, help improve flexibility, relaxation, and inner balance. Note: Current pricing is based on single occupancy in a Cottage with Private Balcony Amidst Lush Foliage. The programme may be extended up to 13 days based on medical advice, and room upgrades are available at an additional cost. Guests may also choose double-room accommodation starting from ₹1,64,500 per person for 7 days in the same category room. Pricing may vary depending on the selected room option.

What's included

• This is a general program structure. The schedule, package duration, and therapies may vary based on individual consultation and health requirements.
• Comprehensive medical assessment and personalised treatment plan
• Swasthya Yoga is held every morning as a group activity, with Kriya Yoga for detox on selected days.
• Daily consultations with naturopathic doctors
• A therapeutic juice prescribed by the doctors is served at 8:00 AM, followed by eye-pack and abdominal pack therapy for 20 minutes.
• Reflexology walks and other therapies are provided based on your diagnosis.
• Around noon, you will have interactive sessions with the doctors to better understand the holistic healing approach.
• Tender coconut water is served at 1:00 PM, followed by personal therapies such as therapeutic yoga, acupuncture, physiotherapy, or special applications as required.
• In the evening, you will have a doctor-led meditation session followed by Raw Food Culinary Training with the chef and dinner at 6:00 PM.
• Recreational games, educational lectures, and slow walks around the clinic help relax the mind.
• A deep detox juice will be served in your room by 8:00 PM, and guests are encouraged to retire by 9:00 PM

• Guests may choose from three accommodation categories: Private Balcony Amidst Lush Foliage, Valley View with Private Balcony, and Valley View with Private Garden. Additional charges apply for room upgrades.

• Please carry previous medical reports and current medications
• Comfortable walking shoes, flip-flops, swimwear, sunglasses, and light outerwear are recommended
• A clinic uniform will be provided during your stay
• Mobile phone usage should be minimised in treatment and dining areas
• Alcohol, tobacco, tea, coffee, aerated drinks, and processed foods are not permitted during the programme
• Restrictions may apply to certain therapies during the menstrual cycle

Prakriti Shakti is an NABH-accredited Clinic of Natural Medicine by CGH Earth, located in the hills of Panchalimedu, Kerala, approximately 2,500 feet above sea level. Surrounded by the Western Ghats, the centre offers a peaceful setting for detoxification, therapeutic healing, lifestyle correction, and preventive healthcare. The clinic follows a holistic naturopathy-based approach that focuses on addressing the root cause of health concerns rather than simply managing symptoms. Treatments are built around the healing elements of nature—earth, water, fire, air, and space—and integrate yoga therapy, diet therapy, energy medicine, and lifestyle guidance to support the body's natural healing processes. Each guest undergoes a detailed medical assessment and consultation before receiving a personalised treatment plan. Programmes are tailored to individual health conditions and goals, ensuring focused care and continuous medical supervision throughout the stay. Prakriti Shakti accommodates only 20 guests at a time and is supported by a team of six doctors and skilled therapists, allowing for a high level of personal attention. The centre features 19 residential rooms, including Valley View Cottages with private gardens and cottages with private balconies overlooking the surrounding landscape. Facilities include a Healing Centre, Yogasala, 13 therapy rooms, infinity pool, library and recreation room, open gym, interactive kitchen, Padashala, and eco-friendly internal transport. Guests aged 15 years and above are welcome. Programmes typically require a minimum stay of 7 days for detoxification and 10 days for therapeutic treatment, with duration determined after a medical evaluation.
