This program is designed for individuals living with diabetes, prediabetes, insulin resistance, and other lifestyle-related metabolic concerns, especially those who wish to improve their health through a structured and natural approach. It is suitable for guests who are looking to better manage blood sugar levels, improve metabolic balance, and adopt healthier long-term lifestyle habits. Before admission, an expert will complete the Preliminary Assessment Form (PAF), and our panel of doctors will review it along with a medical consultation to determine whether the programme is suitable for you and to decide the required duration of treatment. Based on this assessment, a personalised treatment plan will be prepared according to your health concerns. The programme may include therapies such as Mud Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Heliotherapy, Energy Medicine, Yoga Therapy, Physiotherapy, Diet Therapy, and Lifestyle Guidance, along with group and individual sessions as prescribed by the doctors. These therapies are selected to support metabolic health, improve physical and mental wellbeing, and encourage sustainable lifestyle changes. If you have any major medical precautions, allergies, existing conditions, or therapy restrictions, please inform the team at the start of the program so your treatment plan can be adjusted accordingly. Note: Current pricing is based on single occupancy in a single room under the Valley View Cottage with Private Balcony category. Guests may also opt for twin-sharing accommodation within the same room category, with pricing starting from ₹30,000 per person per day.

What's included

• This is a general program structure. The schedule, package duration, and therapies may vary based on individual consultation and health requirements.
• The minimum recommended duration for this programme is 21 days.
• Guests may choose from three accommodation categories: Private Balcony Amidst Lush Foliage, Valley View with Private Balcony, and Valley View with Private Garden.
• Room category upgrades are available at an additional cost.
• A therapeutic juice prescribed by the doctors is served at 8:00 AM, followed by eye-pack and abdominal pack therapy for 20 minutes.
• Reflexology walks and other therapies are provided based on your diagnosis.
• Around noon, you will have interactive sessions with the doctors to better understand the holistic healing approach.
• All Naturopathy treatments like Mud therapy, Hydrotherapy, Heliotherapy, Energy

Prakriti Shakti accommodates only 20 guests at a time and is supported by a team of six doctors and skilled therapists, allowing for a high level of personal attention. The centre features 19 residential rooms, including Valley View Cottages with private gardens and cottages with private balconies overlooking the surrounding landscape. Facilities include a Healing Centre, Yogasala, 13 therapy rooms, infinity pool, library and recreation room, open gym, interactive kitchen, Padashala, and eco-friendly internal transport. Guests aged 15 years and above are welcome. Programmes typically require a minimum stay of 7 days for detoxification and 10 days for therapeutic treatment, with duration determined after a medical evaluation.
