Manashanthi Chikitsa is a specialised Ayurvedic programme designed for individuals experiencing stress, insomnia, lack of concentration, mental fatigue, headaches, and other concerns associated with today's demanding lifestyle. The programme aims to restore balance by addressing both the physical and psychological effects of prolonged stress. Following the classical principles of Ayurveda, the treatment is conducted in three stages—Preparatory, Cleansing, and Corrective. The programme begins by preparing the body for detoxification, followed by purification therapies that help eliminate accumulated toxins and restore internal balance. Patients are required to undergo internal cleansing through the supervised intake of medicated ghee for a minimum of three days or longer, depending on individual requirements. Alongside Ayurvedic therapies, guests receive personalised guidance on lifestyle, diet, yoga, and meditation practices that support emotional wellbeing and mental clarity. The objective is not only to provide relief from existing concerns but also to help cultivate healthier habits for long-term resilience and overall wellness. Every treatment plan is prescribed after a detailed review of the Preliminary Assessment Form (PAF) and consultation with the Vaidya. The final treatment duration and therapeutic approach are determined solely by the medical team based on individual health conditions and treatment requirements. Note: Current pricing is based on single occupancy in a Kalari Suite for 14 days. Guests may also opt for twin-sharing accommodation in the same room category, with pricing starting from ₹11,55,500 for 14 days. Additional accommodation options are available across Kovilakom Suites, Vengunad Suites, and the Royal Library Suite at revised pricing.
