About this package

Panchakarma Chikitsa is a comprehensive Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation programme especially suitable for those with digestive disorders, chronic lifestyle-related conditions, low immunity, fatigue, stress-related concerns, toxin accumulation, or recurring health issues. Before the main cleansing therapies begin, the body is prepared with a short detox phase. Medicated ghee is given in gradually increasing quantities for at least three days, or longer if required, followed by a purgation day using a herbal laxative to help remove accumulated toxins. The Vaidya determines the treatment duration based on the individual's condition and the Preliminary Assessment Form (PAF). The programme includes the five principal cleansing procedures of Ayurveda: Vamana (therapeutic emesis), Virechana (therapeutic purgation), Kashaya Vasti and Sneha Vasti (medicated enemas), and Nasya (nasal therapy), prescribed according to individual requirements. Sessions continues with personalised Ayurvedic therapies, herbal medicines, therapeutic nutrition, yoga, meditation, and lifestyle guidance to support cleansing, recovery, and overall wellbeing. The Preliminary Assessment Form (PAF) is reviewed by the medical team before arrival to assess the patient's health condition and treatment suitability. Based on the consultation and clinical assessment, the Vaidya prescribes a personalised Panchakarma plan. The recommended duration is 21 days, and the programme may be extended up to 28 days if required. Guests with a history of major surgery, chronic medical conditions, allergies, ongoing treatments, or other complex health concerns should discuss these with the medical team before arrival so the treatment plan can be tailored appropriately. Note: Current pricing is based on single occupancy in a Kalari Suite for 21 days. Twin-sharing is available in the same room category at applicable rates.
