About this package
This Footworks therapy session begins with a relaxing foot soak followed by a combination of Foot Reflexology and Upper Body Therapy. Guests may also enhance their experience with an additional Back & Shoulder Massage for 10 minutes at ₹600 per person or 20 minutes at ₹950 per person. Designed for individuals seeking broader physical relaxation, the treatment focuses on the feet, calves, arms, hands, shoulders, upper back, and neck without requiring a full-body massage experience. This session may be suitable for working professionals, desk-based employees, frequent travellers, individuals experiencing upper-body tightness, those spending extended hours on computers, and anyone seeking a more comprehensive reflexology experience. During the session, therapists use thumb pressure, finger techniques, knuckle stimulation, reflexology methods, and targeted muscle-relaxation techniques. Treatment includes stimulation of reflexology points on the feet, arm and hand reflexology, along with focused work on the shoulders, upper back, and neck. The session is performed primarily as a dry therapy using minimal creams or oils. The combination of foot reflexology and upper-body work is designed to provide a broader sense of relaxation while helping address everyday fatigue, muscular tightness, and physical strain associated with modern lifestyles. Note: Session duration options are available based on individual preferences. Guests may choose a 60-minute session for ₹2,100 per person, a 45-minute session for ₹1,750 per person, or extend their treatment to 90 minutes for ₹2,650 per person.

About Footworks
Established in 2012, Footworks is a reflexology center dedicated to foot-based therapeutic care. Founded by David Cooper and led by Zaiba Abdulla, the organization operates four centers across Bengaluru and has provided services to more than 15,000 individuals through a team of 50 trained therapists. The center focuses on Foot Reflexology, Foot Reflexology with Back Massage, and Foot Reflexology with Upper Body Therapy. These sessions are based on reflexology principles that associate specific points on the feet with different areas and systems of the body. Treatment approaches are intended to support relaxation and overall physiological balance. Individuals commonly visit for concerns related to physical fatigue, muscle tightness, stress, body aches, cramps, circulation-related discomfort, and the effects of prolonged standing, travel, or sedentary work routines. Reflexology is traditionally used to encourage relaxation, support nervous system regulation, assist circulation, and promote general well-being. Footworks follows structured therapy protocols and places emphasis on practitioner training, hygiene standards, and ongoing skill development. Services are delivered within dedicated reflexology spaces designed for comfort and relaxation. For those seeking regular sessions, membership packages are available. The center also offers gift vouchers that can be used for personal wellness occasions, employee appreciation initiatives, celebrations, or gifting purposes.
