About this package
Arogyadhama offers Healing Motion Flow, a 7‑day program combining multiple yoga traditions with therapeutic precision to target chronic pain at its root. Mornings begin with Hatha Yoga for spinal alignment and strength, Kriya Yoga to improve circulation and detoxify the body, and Pranayama to regulate breath and reduce tension (6:00–7:30 AM). Morning sessions run 6:00–7:30 AM, preparing the body for pain‑free movement throughout the day. Evening sessions (5:00–6:30 PM) are restorative in nature, combining supported forward bends, gentle twists, and Yoga Nidra to relax deep muscle tension and restore joint mobility. Where needed, Chair Yoga modifications are applied to make poses accessible for participants with reduced flexibility or injury recovery needs.
