About this package

Sound Meditation India (SMI) centers its practice in the tradition of Nada Yoga, an ancient Indian discipline that understands sound as a primary medium for meditation, healing, and spiritual alignment. Their sound bath sessions—typically held in serene, residential or studio settings in Bangalore—invite participants into a guided meditative and vibrational experience. You begin by settling in a comfortable posture: seated or lying down. The session opens with gentle instructions to relax the mind and body, often through simple breath awareness. As tranquility sets in, practitioners introduce a blend of resonant instruments like crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, Tingsha (ritual cymbals), and softly chiming bells or mantras—each producing frequencies that reach both conscious and subconscious levels.
