About this package
In order to master Chavutti Thirumal, an old Kerala therapy rooted in the Kalari martial arts, an intensive one-week program is designed. The same is also called Indian Rope Massage. In this technique of full body manipulation, the professional therapist uses his feet instead of his hands for deep continuous strokes while suspended overhead from a rope for balancing and accurately positioning. The course will include detailing how to prepare and use healing oils while activating nadis, marmas, facilitating flexibility, muscle alignments, and emotional release by means of the body weight. Activated rope coordination, dexterity for foot movement, and therapeutic pressure are also among the things emphasized through the entire body by restoring suppleness while relieving very deep-seated pain, joint stiffness, and postural imbalances.
