About this package
This therapy session begins with a one-on-one personalized consultation, where your health history, current concerns, and body constitution are carefully understood. Based on this assessment, experienced doctors and certified Panchakarma technicians design the session and recommend suitable therapies or combinations as needed. The approach is guided by core Panchakarma therapies such as Vasti, Virechanam, Vamanam, Nasyam, and Raktamoksham, forming the foundation for treatment planning. As per individual requirements, experts may recommend therapies like Prishta Vasti and Kati Vasti, where warm medicated oil is retained over the back and lower back region for a specific duration to help relieve pain, reduce inflammation, ease stiffness, and support the lumbar spine. The session may also be supported with Patra Pinda Sweda, a herbal fomentation technique that helps relax muscles, improve circulation, and manage neuromuscular discomfort. This therapy session supports relief from muscle, joint, and spine-related discomfort, including musculoskeletal concerns, stiffness, and mild degenerative conditions, while also improving mobility and promoting overall relaxation. It is advisable to avoid or take medical guidance before this therapy in cases of acute fever, infections, recent injuries, fractures, severe inflammation, or during pregnancy, depending on the condition.
