About this package
This individualized Ayurvedic package begins with a one-on-one consultation to review your medical history, posture, daily activities, and existing back or spine-related concerns. The assessment covers lower back pain, neck stiffness, spinal discomfort, degenerative changes, and joint-related conditions, helping define a focused treatment approach. Based on this evaluation, classical Ayurvedic oil-retention therapies such as Greeva Vasti (neck and shoulder care), Kati Vasti (lower back and lumbar support), and Janu Vasti (knee joint care) are administered as required. These therapies help reduce pain and stiffness, improve flexibility, and support joint and spinal tissue nourishment, promoting steady recovery rather than short-term relief. Avoid or inform the doctor if you have: recent spinal surgery, fractures, acute trauma, severe osteoporosis, active infections, or uncontrolled medical conditions.
